GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Postage is FREE for goods over £10.00 and that are shipped to addresses in the UK. We ship from the British Mainland using Royal Mail's 1st Class Service, which ensures on average 98% delivery on the next day (excluding Sunday).

All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon-Fri are despatched on the same day and should arrive the next day.
Our guaranteed next working day delivery service is for orders placed Monday to Thursday (before 1pm), and orders placed on a Friday (before 1pm) will be delivered on a Monday. All orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).
Occasionally, there are delays within the postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow a maximum of 10 days (UK) and 30 days (EU) for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
