We make every possible effort to ensure our customers are happy. On the extremely rare occasion that there is a problem with one of our products, or if you are not totally satisfied, contact us to inform us of your problem.
If you have received faulty goods, you will be asked to return them. You will be given the choice of replacement goods or a partial refund. Unfortunately, we are not always able to offer a full refund.
If you have received the wrong goods (for example, the wrong cartridge for your printer), we can only offer replacements if the goods are returned to us and we receive them in a re-saleable condition.
We regret that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on Re-fill kits. All refunds are at the discretion of management.
